Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
Arrival from 2:00pm but could be earlier with prior arrangement.
Departure by 11am. Please try to leave your room as clean and tidy as possible.
The price of your stay with us includes accommodation, breakfast use of robe and slippers, and tea, coffee and cake.
Any booking cancelled 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival will be fully refundable.
Damages & Breakages
You are responsible for any breakages or damages that you cause to our accommodation or the contents. Damages should be reported to us as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages; however, we may send you a bill for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant, and we may make an additional charge if you did not report any damage to us.
Non-availability of Accommodation
We would only cancel your booking with us if your room becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we would refund in full all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
We will not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.
Garden House is a strictly non-smoking property.
